Very professional and innovative mini storage company. The sales team communicates fluently in English. The delivery professionalism is amazing! The scheduled time is always on time. The delivery team will give a call before arriving and arrived exactly at the said time slot. Their attitude is superior and I’m really impressed with their delivery guys’ strength. Recommend for expats and ladies. Price is reasonable, and my stuff are guaranteed safe and sound. Save time as there’s no need to travel to mini storage in hot summers. Due the pandemic, I used Spacebox for 6 months and the experience was phenomenal. Not only were the prices fair and reasonable as compared to other companies in the business but additionally the customer service is speedy, empathetic and inviting. Karen, an employee of SPACEBOX, was an essential aspect of making this experience easier and enjoyable. She was able to guide us and take out necessary actions to help us during an emergency check-out and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this service!!

Door-to-Door Storage - The Smarter Storage Solutions
The characteristics of the service are all-encompassing, combining secure and reliable centralized warehousing, pick-up and delivery by experienced movers, and a mobile app for seamless inventory management and scheduling deliveries. The service comes in two options: (1) Box Plan and (2) Space Plan. Customers can choose the service that best fits their needs based on the size, quantity, and type of items they wish to store.
Each item stored is assigned a unique ID number for easy management. Our pricing is simple and flexible, catering to the diverse needs of different customers. Our delivery service covers most areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, including Ma Wan and Discovery Bay, allowing customers to conveniently access Hong Kong storage services without leaving their homes.
Box Plan (Based on number of stored boxes/items)
Customers can choose from different sizes and types of box provided by Spacebox, or use their own cardboard boxes and suitcases, etc.. First, we will deliver empty boxes to your location. After the customer has packed their items, we will return to collect the boxes and transport them to our central warehouse. When the customer needs to retrieve their belongings, they simply need to use the mobile app to schedule for pick-up and delivery. This option is suitable for storing smaller pieces such as clothing, books, toys/collectibles, etc.
Space Plan (Based on space used at the warehouse)
Customers can choose from different sizes of storage spaces, ranging from 6 square feet to 48 square feet. Larger plans are also available if needed. First, we will provide a quotation based on your requirements. Once the order is confirmed, we will come to your location to collect the items and transport them to our central warehouse. We also offer dismantling and assembly services if needed. When the customer needs to retrieve their belongings, they simply need to use the mobile app to schedule for pick-up and delivery. This option is suitable for temporary storage during home renovation, as well as for small and medium-sized businesses that require short-term storage for large furniture and company equipment.
Self Storage - Storage Space and Facilities
Spacebox Self Storage Sai Wan branch, opened in 2024, is located at Cheung Fat Building, 7-9 Hill Road, providing mini storage users in Sai Wan / Kennedy Town area with top-notch storage experience. Features with free Wi-Fi, a packing area, and trolleys for customer convenience.

Which Spacebox storage service is suitable for me?
- If you have smaller pieces to store (such as books, clothing, shoes, suitcases, etc.) and do not need frequent access, our Box Plan would be the most suitable for you.

Yes! You can choose our Self Storage / Mini Storage solutions. However if you opt for our Door-to-door Storage service, a minimum usage period of three months is required.

How can I book a mini storage space?
There are several ways to reserve your storage space with Spacebox Storage in Hong Kong. You can visit any of our storage facilities in person. Also, you can book a self-storage unit through our sales rep as well.
Are my belongings secure at Spacebox Storage Hong Kong facilities?
All our mini storage Hong Kong stores are equipped with the followings: 24 hours CCTV surveillance, smart card access system, automatic fire protection system, temperature and humidity Control systems. We aim to provide a professional and secure mini storage experience to all our customers.
What kind of items are not allowed in self storage units in HK?
