Our team collects your packed boxes and stores them at our secure facilities.

Need something back? We will swiftly return your boxes. You can send them back in after re-packing.

* Check-out / Re-Check-in: The fee listed above is for up to 12 non-”Bulky Items”. HK$15 for each additional box/item thereafter. For transporting Bulky Items, please contact us for a quote.
* Bulky Item: Total dimension (Length + Width + Height) > 180cm or weight is over 25KG

I have a large amount of documents/items that need to be stored. Can you provide a door-to-door mini storage space of more than 48 square feet?
Can I only use it for one month?
The minimum storage period for door-to-door mini storage service is three months. If customers only need to store for one month, they may consider using our self-service mini storage service.
Can you provide cartons or plastic boxes?
Yes, we have storage containers of various sizes available for purchase or rental. Please contact us for details.
Will you provide furniture disassembly and assembly services?
Yes, we will charge a surcharge based on disassembly and assembly requirements. Please inquire with us for details.
Will you provide insurance for my warehoused items?
If your items are damaged due to our negligence, our liability will be limited to HK$1,000 per item and HK$10,000 per customer. Please contact us for details.
How can I make an appointment for door-to-door delivery?

After withdrawing from the warehouse, do I need to return the empty boxes?
If your door-to-door mini storage plan includes renting standard or extra-large storage containers, you will need to return the empty containers. If it is another mini box type, it does not need to be returned.
