Box Storage Plan - Pricing

(1) All pricing info listed above is for “Long-term Plan (6 months or above)”. Minimum storage period: 6 months. Minimum storage fee: HK$180 / month. Plan for shorter period is also available, please contact us for more details.
(2) Free round-trip comprises one free Check-out trip and one free Check-in trip. The free trips are per Account, non-accumulative and cannot be used for Final Check-out and Empty Box Collection. Un-used free trips will be forfeited. For any extra trips required, a fee of HK$90/trip (For up to 6 boxes/items, HK$15 for each additional) will apply.
(3) The listed fee is for up to 6 boxes/items, HK$15 for each additional on that trip. This fee is applicable when you permanently retrieve all or some of your items from storage. Empty Box Collection fee may apply.

Can I not use your storage boxes?
Sure! Many of our customers use our Box Storage Plan to store their own suitcase, bags, storage boxes, small electronic appliances (e.g dehumidifier), ski equipments and etc. As long as that item fulfills these two criteria, it can be part of the Box Storage Plan: (1) Total dimension (length + width + height) is within 180cm (2) Weight is within 25KG
Can I just use this service for one month?
The minimum length of our Box Storage Plan is 3 months. If you want to just store your items for one month, you can consider using our Self Storage service.
Why is there weight limit for the storage boxes?
This takes into account the safety of our employees during handling and the load-bearing capacity of the storage box/item itself.
There are stairs at the building I live in, will you provide pick-up and delivery service?
Yes, we will charge a stair fee, please contact us for details.
Will you provide insurance for my storage boxes and items?
If your items are damaged due to our negligence, our liability will be limited to HK$1,000 per item and HK$10,000 per customer. Please contact us for details.
How quickly can you deliver my items back?
We can arrange next day delivery at the earliest if you make an appointment before 3pm on the previous working day. Pick-up and delivery service is only available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
How can I make an appointment for delivery?

Do I need to return the empty boxes after service termination (Final Check-out)?
You only need to return empty boxes if you are using Standard Box or Big Box.
